This is the starting point for ensuring you have the music that you require played by one of our fantastic DJ's at your wedding reception. We have endeavoured to make the information in this resource blog as easy to find and the tools as easy to use as possible. THE MUSIQ ENTERTAINMENT REQUEST FORM

Our request form is the way you communicate your requests to us. You can download it in .doc (for microsoft word, open office etc programs) here and in .pdf for adobe acrobat and other pdf readers here.

We require that you get this request form back to us TWO WEEKS PRIOR to your wedding. This gives us enough time to organise your DJ and of course them to prepare themselves for your reception.

The Pavilion Wedding DJ Welcome Page

Dear Pavilion and hence Musiq Entertainment DJ client,

Congratulations on your engagement and of course in choosing The Pavilion as the venue for your wedding reception. As of May 2012 Musiq Entertainment is now the proud supplier of DJs for all weddings at Pavilion. We have 14 years experience in providing DJs for weddings and other special events and are happy to be on board with the fantastic team from The Pavilion.

Firstly we'd like to let you know the most important ingredients in our service to you. We are here to help you have a great time at your reception. Even though you have received your DJ as part of your wedding package we treat every client the same, so you get the same service as any full fee paying customer. Our agenda for your reception is to play exactly the music you have asked for when you have asked for it. We also aim to read your guests minds in terms of their music tastes to play the music that we believe will be most likely to help as many of your guests enjoy the night as possible. We don't have ESP, but we are pretty good at it!

YOUR PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

As part of your package with The Pavilion you not only receive one of our friendly, well dressed and talented DJ's but also a PA system from which we play our music through and of course our commitment to providing you with the best possible service on and prior to your reception including playing all the songs you have requested.

You also have access to our expert knowledge in everything to do with your wedding entertainment in the lead up to your reception. From choosing songs, to adding extra entertainment and even in suggesting the best order of proceedings for the night.

SOME EXTRA SERVICES YOU MIGHT LIKE TO ADD

We can also help you out with
- A wireless microphone, which will be connected to our PA system and available for your MC to use throughout the night. $75 including GST.
- Additional hours of DJing. As part of your package you receive 5 hours of play time. If you have an extended reception we are more than happy to play longer for $100 per hour. Please organise this through your coordinator at the Pavilion and they will add it to your invoice.
- MC (Master of Ceremony) services. Some of our DJ's are happy to also act as the MC for the evening. The fee for this is $250 and we recommend that we meet with your prior to your wedding which is included in this fee. If you would prefer to have a separate person act as your MC then we can also help you out in finding one of these. Remember this is only subject to availability as only a few of our DJ's are experienced in MC duties. Contact us ASAP if you are interested.
- All of our DJ's are happy to play any traditional/cultural music that you are able to suggest or provide. In addition we have limited Greek and Arabic DJs among our ranks. We can book them in for you subject to their availability at no extra cost to you.
- A photo booth for your wedding. We offer all of our DJ clients the photo booth for up to 6 hours for the price of 3. PhotoboothME is part of Musiq Entertainment.
- Dancers, musicians, bands and singers of all sorts to entertain your guests.

MAKING YOUR REQUESTS

It's now time to introduce you to making your requests for your reception. We have put together in this resource blog a whole wealth of information to help you make your requests, and to provide you with suggestions and advice whenever you need it.

We ask you to make your requests on our wedding request form, and to have them filled out and back to us two weeks prior to your wedding.
